If required, the Organizing Committee will mail an invitation letter for all the participants to the Conference. The invitation letter does not imply any commitment from the organizers to provide financial supports. It is only aimed to help the scientists to get funds from their institutions or a visa.

The official language of the meeting is English. All abstracts should be submitted and presented in English.
